It's been a crazy week, finding time to finish the first illustration is proving difficult. Hopefully it will not be long now and I think it is working better now than before. My head is buzzing with ideas - I have to rush to the sketchbook these days to record everything before I forget it!

ReplyDeleteIt's fascinating to see your process on putting the book together...you make it look so easy (having struggled with a few aborted book attempts I know it isn't...). From my experience if even the thumbnails look great there's every chance the final will too. Look forward to seeing things germinate.

Thanks for all the lovely comments. I love the idea of me being the equivalent of an illustrative swan (only less elegant obviously!) and making it look easy whilst frantically scrabbling under the surface - nothing could be further from the truth!
